Welcoming Vendors and Exhibitors to the 2023 Oregon Women Veterans Conference

At the Oregon Department of Veterans’ Affairs, it is our mission to serve and honor Oregon veterans through our leadership, advocacy and strong partnerships. As part of that mission, we recognize and honor the service of Oregon’s 25,000 women veterans, and are excited to be able to host the 2023 Oregon Women Veterans Conference May  20-21st in person at the Salem Convention Center. Since 1995 this biennial conference has aimed to educate and celebrate the women across Oregon who have served our country

We are proud to offer exhibit tables to vendors that serve to support Oregon’s women veterans and hope that you are compelled to be a part of this worthy event that has enhanced the lives of so many of our women veterans, who have served from WWII to today. 

2023 Women Veteran Conference 

ODVA aims to increase awareness of issues impacting women veterans and to contribute to a thriving women veteran community in Oregon. During the conference, attendees will have opportunities to network and meet conference vendors and sponsors. In past conferences, hundreds of women veterans have participated in workshops and seminars that connect them to important information and resources across the state, while enjoying lasting social connections. Vendors will also be invited to host their organization on the conference’s online platform, Whova, through a virtual exhibit center.

Vendor and exhibitor Information and Reservation 

The cost to host a table on site during event is $55.00. Non-profit organizations, and federal and state partners will have these fees waived.  Vendors will receive a 6-foot table, linens, 2 chairs, wastebasket, Wi-Fi access and a power hook-up. All exhibitors and vendors are asked to commit to staffing their tables for the duration of the conference Saturday (9 – 4) and Sunday morning (9 – 1 pm). Friday afternoon May 19th will be a set up day for vendors and exhibitors.
