2023 Oregon Women Veterans Conference Exhibitors


Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 2023 Oregon Women Veterans Conference! We are proud to offer exhibit tables to vendors that serve to support Oregon’s women veterans and hope that you are compelled to be a part of this worthy event that has enhanced the lives of so many of our women veterans, who have served from WWII to today.

ODVA aims to increase awareness of issues impacting women veterans and to contribute to a thriving women veteran community in Oregon. During the conference, attendees will have opportunities to network and meet conference vendors and sponsors. In past conferences, hundreds of women veterans have participated in workshops and seminars that connect them to important information and resources across the state, while enjoying lasting social connections. 

Exhibitors will also be invited to host their organization on the conference’s online platform, Whova, through a virtual exhibit center.

Exhibitor Information and Registration

The cost to host a table on site during the event is $50. Nonprofit organizations, and federal and state partners will have these fees waived. Vendors will receive a 6-foot table, linens, two chairs, wastebasket, Wi-Fi access and a power hook-up. All exhibitors and vendors are asked to commit to staffing their tables for the duration of the conference Saturday through Sunday early afternoon. The afternoon of Friday, May 19, will be a set-up day for vendors and exhibitors.
