Sponsor the 2023 Oregon Women Veterans Conference
Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the 2023 Oregon Women Veterans Conference!
At the Oregon Department of Veterans’ Affairs, it is our mission to serve and honor Oregon veterans through our leadership, advocacy and strong partnerships. As part of that mission, we recognize and honor the service of Oregon’s 25,000 women veterans, and are excited to be able to host the 2023 Oregon Women Veterans Conference May 20-21 in person at the Salem Convention Center. For 25 years, this biennial conference has aimed to educate and celebrate the women across Oregon who have served our country.
ODVA aims to increase awareness of issues impacting women veterans and to contribute to a thriving women veteran community in Oregon. During the conference, attendees will have opportunities to network and meet conference vendors and sponsors. In past conferences, hundreds of women veterans have participated in workshops and seminars that connect them to important information and resources across the state, while enjoying lasting social connections.
Due to COVID-19, this is the first in person women veterans conference that ODVA has been able to host in five years. It goes without saying that we are extremely excited to see this in-person event return, something that would not be possible without the generous support of our community and supporters and sponsors like you! If you or your organization are interested in learning more about being a sponsor at this year’s conference, please contact ODVA Women Veterans’ Coordinator Jessica Bradley by email at jessica.bradley@odva.oregon.gov or phone and text at 503-576-9603.
Conference sponsors will be provided opportunities to spotlight their organization on our virtual registration platform and outreach (Whova), and throughout the in-person event weekend. Additionally, sponsors will be invited to host an on-site exhibit table at the conference as part of their donation.
Other Ways to Support: If you are interested in making a personal on line donation to ODVA’s Women Veteran Charitable Fund, a fund that supports women veterans throughout the state of Oregon, or other charitable funds supporting Oregon veterans, visit this link on the Oregon Department of Veterans’ Affairs’ website.
